| Cancel | Cancellations must be made at least 5 days prior to the event date. After that date, a cancellation fee of 18 USD will be charged. |
| Refund | The event may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not reached, or if the instructor is unable to teach due to transportation accidents, strikes, riots, natural disasters, or illness. In such a case, the full amount of the registration fee paid will be refunded to the customer’s designated account, or the customer may participate in an event with the same content on an alternative date. |
